Eligibility and Usage Rules

This offer is exclusively for ZALORA Principal Credit cardholders. There are specific rules regarding the use of the promo code:

  • The code is valid for one-time use during the specified promo period.
  • The Principal Cardholder can only use the code once, even if they maintain several ZALORA accounts.
  • If the Principal Cardholder has already used the code, transactions made through the Virtual Card or by a Supplementary Cardholder will not be qualified to use the code.

Note on Fraudulent Use: RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount against the ZALORA Credit Card Account if the redemption is found to be fraudulent, particularly in cases of multiple uses of the code by a Principal Cardholder.

To redeem the ₱1,000 OFF discount, follow these steps when shopping on ZALORA:

  1. Log on to https://www.zalora.com.ph or use the ZALORA App.
  2. Shop and add items to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Log in or Register.
  5. Input necessary Customer Information (name, phone number, delivery address).
  6. Select “Credit/Debit Card” as the Payment Method.
  7. Click “Have a promo code? Enter it here.”
  8. Enter promo code ZCCBFCM1000 and click APPLY.
  9. The discount will be deducted from your subtotal.
  10. Click “Order Now” to finalize the order.

Important Exclusions and Terms
