If you need to cancel your booking, doing so within 48 hours of the scheduled date will incur a fee of 10% of the room rates.

For online payments, simply express your intent to avail of the promo and provide your details. Once you confirm the booking, the merchant will send a payment link via email. After completing the payment with your participating card, send a screenshot of the transaction for verification.
