UnionBank Visa Credit Card Promo Grants Exclusive MICHELIN Starred Dining at Celera

The MICHELIN Guide has arrived in the Philippines, marking a new chapter in the local dining scene. This brings opportunities like the Star Course Series, a unique collaboration featuring chefs from MICHELIN-starred restaurants, available only to a limited group.

The series kicks off at Celera, a One MICHELIN Star recipient known for its innovative pan-Asian dishes, on April 7, 2026. This event unites Chef Zor Tan from Born in Singapore, celebrated for its contemporary approach inspired by a 'Circle of Life' concept, with Chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar from Celera. Together, they will present a special tasting menu blending bold Filipino flavors with elegant Asian narratives.

UnionBank Visa Credit Cardholders have a chance to join this exclusive four-hands dining experience. The promotion offers access to the event through spending at select merchants or by applying for specific cards. Below are the details for existing cardholders and new applicants.

For Existing UnionBank Visa Credit Cardholders

This promotion targets principal holders of UnionBank Issued Visa Credit Cards or UnionBank Acquired Visa Credit Cards who receive an SMS, email, or Viber notification from UnionBank with a unique registration code. Cards must remain active with good credit standing throughout the period. New cardholders activated from November 18, 2025, onward, those with outdated contact info, or those opted out of marketing do not qualify. Employees of UnionBank, Visa Worldwide Pte Limited, and their affiliates, along with relatives up to second degree, are disqualified.

To participate, register using the unique code and last four digits of your card at the UnionBank Treats HUB. Log in if you have an account, then select the 'JOIN NOW' button on the MICHELIN Promo Tile. A confirmation email follows successful registration.

How to Earn Raffle Entries

Spend at participating dining (MCCs: 5813, 5921, 5814, 5812, 5811) and shopping merchants (see Annex A for full list). Entries are earned per single-receipt purchase:

• Dining:

  • ₱3,000+: 1 entry
  • ₱7,500+: 3 entries
  • ₱10,000+: 5 entries
  • ₱15,000+: 10 entries
• Shopping:
  • ₱5,000+: 1 entry
  • ₱10,000+: 3 entries
  • ₱15,000+: 5 entries
  • ₱25,000+: 10 entries

Entries accumulate automatically post-registration. Supplementary card spends count toward the principal holder. Winners are drawn randomly, announced within 14 days of the draw. Each winner takes home two seats (for a pair).

Top Spenders

The top 3 spenders in dining and top 3 in shopping each get guaranteed seats for two at the event. They are disqualified from the raffle. Ties go to the earliest highest spend by timestamp. If qualifying in both categories, only one set of seats is awarded.

Notification and Claiming

This variant targets newly approved holders of UnionBank Reserve Visa Infinite or UnionBank Miles+ Visa Signature cards. Existing UnionBank Access, Elite, or Private Bank clients applying for these cards also qualify based on their status. Applications must be submitted and approved within the promo period.
