How to Qualify
To be eligible for this offer, you must be a principal applicant for the UnionBank Shell Power credit card who meets these criteria:
- You do not have an existing principal credit card from UnionBank or Citi, and haven’t had one in the last six months before applying.
- You have an existing principal credit card from another bank that is more than six months old.
- Your application is completed, submitted, and approved within the promo period.
Spend Requirements
Once your card is approved, you have sixty (60) business days to meet the total spend requirement to unlock the no annual fee for life benefit.

Important Exclusions
Not all transactions count toward the P20,000 spend requirement. The following are excluded:
- Cash advances and quasi-cash transactions, including mobile wallets like GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and PayPal.
- Stock trading, foreign exchange, and financial trading services.
- Gambling, casinos, and gaming transactions.
- In-house installments such as Balance Transfer and Retail Conversion.
- Fees and charges, including interest, late charges, and insurance payments.
- Business transactions, including wholesale, distribution, and multi-level marketing.
- Any transactions that are later cancelled or refunded.
Terms to Keep in Mind
Keep your account active and in good standing for at least twenty-four (24) months from the approval date. If the account is cancelled during this holding period, the cost of the welcome gift will be charged to your account. Confirmation of the benefit will be sent via SMS within ninety (90) business days after meeting the spend requirement.
