UnionBank credit cardholders have an opportunity to earn cashback on purchases of the latest Samsung S26 series smartphones. This promotion allows eligible users to buy at select locations or online with 0% interest over 24 months and receive a reward for their transaction.

Promo Periods

The promotion includes specific timelines for registration, spending, redemption, and crediting.

  • Registration Period: February 26 to March 8, 2026
  • Spend or Transaction Period: February 26 to March 8, 2026
  • Redemption Period: April 8 to June 8, 2026
  • Crediting of Cashback: July 15, 2026

Qualified transactions posted by March 8, 2026, will have cashback uploaded to the Treats Hub on April 6, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate, cardholders must meet these criteria:

  • Hold a principal UnionBank-issued or acquired credit card that is active with good credit standing as of February 21, 2026. Good standing means no delinquency, no investigation for fraud, not reported lost or stolen, and no violations of card terms.
  • Have updated contact information with UnionBank; contact them at (02) 8841-8600 if needed. Those with outdated info, shared numbers/emails with others, or opted out of marketing will not qualify.
  • Not be officers, employees, or relatives (up to second degree) of UnionBank, Giftaway, Inc., or involved parties.
  • Accounts must remain active and without past due obligations through the crediting date.

Supplementary card purchases qualify under the principal cardholder's eligibility.

Registration and Joining Steps

Follow these steps to register and join during the registration period:

  1. Receive a unique Registration Code via SMS or email to your UnionBank-registered mobile or email.
  2. Access the Promo Wallet at http://www.gft.ph/treatshub, enter the code, last four digits of your active UnionBank credit card, a valid email, and mobile number.
  3. Create an account on the UnionBank Treats Hub and click the “Join Now” button for this promo.
  4. Receive confirmation email with details.

Only one account per cardholder is needed, covering all active cards. Registration info cannot be changed later; keep it secure. For navigation help, visit http://www.gft.ph/treatshub. Cardholders with duplicate contacts from prior promos must re-register with unique details; the most recently updated one registers again.

By registering, you consent to providing personal info to Giftaway, agree to receive promo-related communications, and accept the terms.

Qualified Purchases and Cashback Earning

Earn P2,000 Cashback on a single qualified purchase of a Samsung S26 series at 0% installment for 24 months using UnionBank PayEasy, starting at P50,000 SRP.

  • Minimum single-receipt purchase: P50,000 on Samsung S26 series.
  • Only one transaction per principal cardholder qualifies, regardless of multiple cards.
  • Transactions must post during February 26 to March 8, 2026.
  • Participating outlets: Samsung Mall of Asia, Samsung SM Seaside Cebu, FoneStyle SM North Edsa, Electroworld MegaMall, Abenson Glorietta, Touch and Type Trinoma, and https://www.samsung.com/ph/.

Non-qualifying transactions include bank transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, bills payments (except via UnionBank Online/App on acquired cards), fees, gambling, wholesale, MO/TO, crypto, stock trading, mobile wallets, social media payments, business purposes, cancelled/refunded items, and more as listed in terms.

Cashback is per cardholder across all cards and supplements, with a maximum of one award.

Redemption Process

Unused cashback forfeits after the redemption period. Cashback is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and final upon redemption. Inspect details at redemption; no replacements for lost/damaged items. Provide correct contact for codes.

Additional Terms

  • If fraudulent or split transactions are found, UnionBank may charge back the cashback and disqualify.
