Eligibility
The promotion is available to all principal and supplementary UnionBank Credit Card holders whose cards have an available credit limit. Participants must not be prohibited under applicable gifts, anti-bribery, and corruption laws, regulations, or policies from joining.

Promo Mechanics
- All transactions must occur within the promo period from April 8 to September 8, 2026.
- Purchases can be made at participating Helios PH Sustainable Energy Corp. stores (see Annex C for locations).
- Charge the full purchase amount to a qualified UnionBank Credit Card to avail the offer.
- Only one qualified UnionBank Credit Card can be used per transaction, and only one card per cardholder.
- Cardholders eligible for mandatory or government-regulated discounts, such as under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, may choose the higher discount between the promo and the regulated one.
- The offer includes Value Added Tax (VAT) and is subject to applicable service charges and local taxes, unless specified otherwise by the merchant.
- The promo cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
- Additional terms: The promo cannot combine with other offers, discounts, or the merchant's VIP/membership privileges. Discounted items are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. There is no cap on daily purchases. Participating locations may vary by day, and availability depends on store hours.
