Eligibility Requirements

This promotion is open to all Security Bank Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts meet the following criteria:

  • Cards must be active and in good credit standing.
  • Cardholders must have an available credit limit at the time of purchase.
  • Cardholders must not have accounts reported as lost or stolen.
  • Accounts should not be delinquent or under investigation for suspected fraud.
  • Cardholders must not have violated any of the Terms and Conditions.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Seats are limited and subject to availability, and may not be offered on all flights. Seasonality and blackout dates may apply depending on the destination.
  • Quoted fares do not include government taxes, fees, ticketing service charges, and surcharges.
  • Weekend surcharges are not included in the base fare discount.
  • Economy Supersaver tickets are strictly non-refundable.
  • Economy Saver tickets are refundable with a fee of PHP2,300 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector.
  • Comfort Class tickets are refundable with a fee of PHP1,000 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector.
  • Business Class tickets are refundable with a fee of PHP1,200 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector.
  • Taxes and charges may change without prior notice.
  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Rebooking Policy:
    • Domestic: Economy Class tickets allow unlimited free rebooking if changes are made at least 7 days before departure. Otherwise, a change fee of PHP2,000 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector applies, plus any applicable fare difference. For Comfort Class, unlimited rebooking is free, with applicable fare differences. For Business Class, unlimited rebooking is free if changes are made at least 7 days before departure; otherwise, a change fee of PHP500 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector applies, plus any fare difference.
    • International: Rebooking terms vary by route.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • Domestic: A no-show fee of PHP1,500 (inclusive of 12% VAT) per sector applies. For reissuance, a ticket is considered a no-show if not reissued at least 4 hours before flight departure or if the passenger fails to check-in on time. For refunds, a ticket is considered a no-show if the reservation is not canceled 4 hours before flight departure.
    • International: No-show terms vary by route.
  • Mileage Accrual:
    • Economy Supersaver: 10%
    • Economy Saver: 50%
    • Comfort Class: 115%
    • Business Class: 125%
  • Baggage Allowance: Fares include 7kg hand-carried baggage. Free baggage allowance varies by fare class/cabin class.
  • Discounts: No child, senior citizen, PWD, student, military, and national athlete/coach discounts are applicable for domestic flights. Infant fare for infants under 2 years without a seat is PHP1,000.
