RCBC credit cardholders have the option to convert their rewards points into vouchers for entry to the PAGSS International Lounge at NAIA Terminal 1. This provides a convenient way to enjoy comfortable lounge facilities before flights.

How It Works

To redeem your rewards points for lounge access, follow these steps:

  1. Call & Redeem
    Call the RCBC Credit Customer Service hotline to convert your Rewards Points into a Rewards Voucher. Redeem for only 19,800 Rewards Points for one lounge access, valued at ₱3,000. Check your available points through the RCBC Pulz app.

  2. Receive
    Your Rewards Voucher will be delivered to your registered billing address after successful redemption.

  3. Enjoy
    Present the Rewards Voucher and your RCBC Credit Card at the lounge for access and relaxation before your flight.

Promo Mechanics

This promotion allows eligible cardholders to use their RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers for lounge entry. Here are the key details:

  • Open to all eligible RCBC Credit Card cardholders with valid RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers.
  • Vouchers can be used at PAGSS International Lounge at NAIA Terminal 1.
  • Valid vouchers must be untampered, unsoiled, and unexpired, and will be verified by lounge personnel.
  • Principal or supplementary cardholders may use the voucher as full payment for lounge access.
  • One lounge access requires only 19,800 Rewards Points (valued at ₱3,000).
  • Redemption must use vouchers only; partial payments combining vouchers with cash or credit card are not allowed.
  • Travel companions aged eight years old and below enter for free.
  • Any unused portion of the voucher amount is forfeited.
  • For entry, present the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher, the matching RCBC Credit Card (name and number must align), and surrender both copies of the voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points and are not for sale.

  • Must be an eligible RCBC Credit Card cardholder.
  • Possess valid, untampered, unsoiled, and unexpired Rewards Vouchers.
  • Comply with presentation and verification rules at the lounge.
