Important Conditions
The tax-free benefit is valid only for tax-free check-out. The standard tax amount is 10% however, tax for some items is 8%.

General Terms
To avail of the promotion, cardholders must meet any minimum spend requirement (unless stated otherwise) and use their RCBC JCB Credit Card to pay for the single-receipt bill (inclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes). The discount will be applied only to the total bill exclusive of VAT, service charges, and prevailing local taxes unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
Cardholders are not allowed to split transactions into smaller amounts during a single purchase to obtain multiple discounts or freebies. The promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and generally cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Cardholders eligible for mandatory and government-regulated discounts (such as those under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Disabled Persons) have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply, opting for whichever provides the higher benefit.
