Please note that this is valid for dine-in transactions only and is not applicable for installment payments or banquet bookings.

- Buffet Schedule at Food Exchange Manila:
- Breakfast Buffet: Daily from 6:30AM to 10AM
- Lunch Buffet: Monday to Saturday from 12NN to 2:30PM; Sunday from 12NN to 3:00PM
- Dinner Buffet: Daily from 6PM to 10PM
- Blackout Dates: The discount is not available on December 24 and December 25, 2026.
- Kids Policy: Children aged 6 years old and below eat for free when accompanied by one paying adult.
- Usage Limit: Only one qualified Metrobank card is accepted per cardholder, per visit, per day.
