Important notes
Promo runs from May 1 to July 31, 2026. Blackout dates apply on weekends and government-mandated regular and special non-working holidays. The discount is valid only for services availed by the cardholder and is not transferable to companions. Only one qualified Metrobank card per cardholder, per visit, per day. Not valid on wellness card purchases. Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. This promo cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Not applicable to Metrobank Corporate Cards, Metrobank Dollar Mastercard, or Metrobank Dealer Financing cards.
