How to Book
This promo is exclusively for direct bookings at Dusit Thani Residence Davao. You will need to make a prior reservation by contacting the hotel directly via phone at (+63 82) 272 7500 or email at [email protected].
Once the booking is detailed, payment will be handled via a secure payment link. Please note that full immediate pre-payment is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Stay Period: From June 15, 2026 to September 15, 2026. Note that blackout dates apply during Philippine Government mandated holidays.
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy for the eligible rooms is 2 adults and 2 kids. Children 11 years old and above are considered adults.
- Child Policy: Up to 2 children below 11 years old can stay in existing parents’ beds. Kids aged 0-5 eat for free, while those aged 5-11 get a 50% discount on regular meal rates.
- Additional Guests: The rate for an additional person is P2,800 net with breakfast.
- Requirements: You must present the Metrobank card used for the booking upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, the guest must provide a letter of authorization, a copy of the front of the card used, and a copy of the cardholder’s valid ID.
- Cancellations: Rebooking or cancellation must be done at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge for the full stay.
- Exclusions: The offer is exclusive of tax and service charges.
