How to Earn Rebates
Follow these steps to qualify for rebates during the spend period from April 22 to August 31, 2026:
- Use the activated EastWest JCB Gold or Platinum card for a minimum single-receipt retail purchase of Php 10,000.
- Ensure transactions are posted retail purchases; cash advances, balance transfers, fees, interest, installment payments, and non-retail transactions are not eligible.
- Earn Php 500 rebate per qualifying Php 10,000 spend, up to the card-specific maximum.
Rebates will be credited to the principal cardholder's statement of account within 30 banking days after the end of the spend period, appearing as a credit or payment. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
