- To keep the 0% interest rate, pay the total statement balance in full each month. Each fixed monthly installment is part of the total statement balance; paying only the minimum due includes a percentage of the installment and adds interest charges.
- The EastWest credit card account must remain active and current. If suspended, cancelled, not renewed, or if payments fail or terms are breached, the remaining unpaid installment and entire outstanding balance become due immediately.
- Partial payments on installments result in the unpaid balance accruing standard finance charges on revolving balances per the terms and conditions.
- Full monthly installment payments are required, but if there are outstanding or revolving balances from other purchases or installments, finance charges apply to the account.
- Pre-termination incurs a fee of 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher.
