EastWest Credit Card Installment on School Fees

Bank:
Until

EastWest credit cardholders can now pay school fees in installments for up to 12 months. The offer is available at several accredited schools across the country.

How the promo works

  • Cardholders must be in good credit standing (account not delinquent, not under investigation, not lost/stolen).
  • Present your EastWest credit card at payment and inform the registrar that you will avail of installment payment.
  • Choose an installment term: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
  • Monthly amortization is computed by multiplying the school fees by the factor rate for the chosen term.

Eligible cards and merchants

  • Eligible cards: All EastWest credit cards.
  • Eligible merchants: Ateneo de Davao University, Immaculate Conception Academy (Greenhills, San Juan City), St. Paul University Quezon City, Xavier School (Greenhills, San Juan City), Xavier School (Nuvali, Laguna), and Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan.

Key benefits

  • Up to 12 months installment payment on tuition, miscellaneous, and other school fees.
  • Monthly add-on rates: 1.00% for 3, 6, and 9 months; 0.75% for 12 months.
  • Example: For school fees of ₱150,000 at 12 months, the monthly amortization is ₱13,625.

Important notes

The offer is ongoing but subject to terms and conditions. Cardholders must pay their total statement balance in full each month to avoid finance charges. If the account is suspended, cancelled, or if payments are missed, the remaining unpaid installment and full outstanding balance become immediately due. Pre-termination incurs a fee of 5% of the remaining principal balance or ₱500, whichever is higher.
