How to Book

Reservations must be made in advance. To secure your room, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the hotel via call or email to express your intent and provide your details for a quotation.
  2. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a Reservation Letter and a payment link via email.
  3. Complete the payment using your participating BPI or Robinsons Bank card.
  4. Email a screenshot of your payment to the Reservations Team for verification.
  5. You will receive a Confirmation Letter via email. Present this letter along with a valid ID and the card used upon check-in.

Important Notes

  • The promo period runs from April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2027, with a stay period until May 14, 2027.
  • Rates already include tax and service charges.
  • Blackout dates apply: December 24 to 25, 2026; December 30, 2026 to January 1, 2027; January 16 to 17, 2027; February 6 to 7, 2027; and March 25 to 27, 2027.
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other existing merchant promos.
