BDO World Elite Mastercard Overseas Spend: 1% Low FX Cashback and TUMI Reward

BDO cardholders using the BDO World Elite Mastercard for overseas purchases from May 1 to June 30, 2026 can enjoy two offers: a 1% Low FX cashback and a TUMI Shopping Reward worth up to ₱80,000.

How the promo works

  • Use the BDO World Elite Mastercard (Principal, Supplementary, or virtual card) for overseas purchases (in-store or online) during the promo period.
  • For the 1% Low FX Cashback: No minimum spend required. Cashback is computed based on the forex fee applied to each qualified foreign currency transaction. Cashback will be credited by July 20, 2026.
  • For the TUMI Shopping Reward: Must have a single or cumulative overseas spend of at least ₱2,500,000 during the promo period. A unique redemption code will be sent via SMS by July 31, 2026. Reward must be redeemed at select TUMI branches in Metro Manila and Cebu by September 30, 2026.

Eligible cards and merchants

  • Eligible cards: BDO World Elite Mastercard (Principal and Supplementary, including the virtual card attached to the Qualified Card).
  • Eligible merchants/transactions: Foreign currency transactions (online or in-store) where a forex fee was applied. Excluded: purchases charged in PHP or USD at point of sale (regardless of location), cash advances, bills payments, utility and service station payments, casino/gambling transactions, and trading/remittance transactions.

Key benefits

  • 1% Low FX Cashback: No minimum spend; cashback on the forex fee for each qualified transaction. Credited to the card account by July 20, 2026 and labeled as LOW FX FEE CASHBACK on the statement.
  • TUMI Shopping Reward: Worth up to ₱80,000. Achieved after spending at least ₱2,500,000 on overseas purchases. Unique code sent by July 31, 2026; redeem at select TUMI stores in Metro Manila and Cebu.

Important notes

The promo runs from May 1 to June 30, 2026. Cashback is calculated per qualified transaction (net after reversals) and is not based on total sum. The TUMI reward is limited to one per Qualified Cardholder regardless of multiple cards. Principal and Supplementary card transactions are not combined. For the reward, all USD transactions are converted at US$1 = ₱60. The reward must be used in a single purchase; any excess over ₱80,000 can be paid with the qualified card. Unclaimed rewards after September 30, 2026 are forfeited.
