BDO offers up to P1,000 cashback through its 2026 Credit Cards Cashback Activation Program. If you got an SMS invite, activate your eligible BDO Credit Card and hit the minimum spend requirement during the set periods to qualify. The promo runs from May 1 to October 31, 2026.
Who Qualifies
This is for targeted BDO Credit Cardholders who receive the promo offer via SMS. Each qualified card can earn cashback once, and spends from multiple cards cannot be combined.
Qualification Steps
Activate your eligible card, then make qualified retail spends to meet the minimum requirement within the activation and spend period. BDO determines qualified transactions based on merchant categories from acquiring banks.
Transactions That Do Not Count
- Local or international cash advances via ATM or over-the-counter
- Casino or gambling merchant transactions
- Trading services or remittances
- BDO internal installment transactions like Balance Transfer, Purchase Convert, or Cash Installment
- Quasi-cash, e-wallet or prepaid card loads, money sends like Maya or GCash
- Transactions registered or redeemed for other BDO promos
- Reversed, cancelled, or disputed transactions
- Fees and charges
BDO may ask for transaction documents if needed.
Spend Calculation Notes
Dual Currency card USD transactions convert to PHP at Php57:US$1. For Buy Now Pay Later or Cash Installment, only the principal amount counts toward spend.
Cashback Details
Credited to your principal account within 60 calendar days after the spend period or by December 31, 2026, whichever is first. You get an SMS notification, and it appears on your Statement of Account as “Cashback Activation Promo” in Philippine Pesos.
Important Conditions
Keep your registered mobile number updated with BDO. You must be active with good credit standing when cashback posts, or it forfeits. Cashback acts as card credit, not transferable cash. No combining with other promos—transactions used here or there cannot overlap, or BDO may reverse rewards.
Review your SOA for errors. Complaints need full details and go within 30 calendar days after the cashback posting period ends.
