Booking periods are split into two phases:

Important Reminders
Perks can be claimed between October 15, 2026, and November 29, 2026, at the Singapore Airlines Ticketing Office in Manila or the Singapore Airlines Office in Cebu. When claiming, please present a valid ID, a copy of your e-tickets, and the BDO Mastercard used for the transaction.
Gift certificates and hotel vouchers are non-refundable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used with other discounts. For the Fairmont Makati stay, an incidental deposit of P5,000 per night will be required upon check-in.
