How to Avail
To make sure you get your rewards, follow these steps:
- Before making any purchases, present your valid BDO Mastercard and your passport at the Customer Service Desk of Myeongdong Shinsegae Duty Free.
- Membership upgrades and welcome gifts are issued upon successful verification.
- For Duty Free points, proceed to the Customer Service Desk after your purchase. These points can be redeemed both online and in-store and are valid for two years.
- To get the KRW 5,000 Food and Beverage Coupon, present your same-day receipt (minimum USD 51 spend) at the Customer Service Desk. This must be redeemed on the same day as your purchase.
Note that Myeongdong-issued shopping e-vouchers and Duty Free points are also valid at Shinsegae Duty Free Incheon Airport locations. Shopping e-vouchers are valid for in-store use for 180 days from the date of issuance.
