  • Prior reservation and pre-payment are required to confirm bookings.
  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • All additional consumptions (minibar, laundry, restaurant, etc.) must be charged to the room.
  • Black-out dates: December 24, 2026, to December 25, 2026, and December 30, 2026, to January 1, 2027.

How to Avail

    • Confirm booking to receive a reservation letter with payment link via email.
    • Complete payment using a participating BPI or Robinsons Bank card via the link.
    • Send a screenshot of the payment to the reservations team via email for verification.
    • Receive confirmation letter via email once verified.
    • Present the confirmation letter, valid ID, and the card used at check-in. If the card is ineligible, discounts will be reversed, and the price difference settled.
