How the promo works
- Qualify for up to 50% OFF at Maple Tree House with a minimum single receipt spend of PHP 5,000.
- Maximum discount is capped at PHP 5,000 per transaction.
- Promo applicable only on Mondays to Thursdays (excluding government mandated holidays).
- To avail, inform the merchant before paying and charge the total amount to a qualified Metrobank credit card via the store's POS terminal.
- Only one qualified card per cardholder per day, no splitting of transactions.

- Eligible cards: Metrobank ICON, World Mastercard, and Platinum Mastercard.
- Merchant: Maple Tree House, applicable at SM MOA branch (1/L North Entertainment Mall, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City) and SM North EDSA branch (2/L North Towers SM North EDSA, Quezon City).

Important notes

Senior citizen or PWD discounts may be applied in lieu of this promo, whichever is higher. Service charge is not covered by the discount. Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify transactions that are subsequently cancelled or charged back.
